Q: Why should I choose Elane Luxurious Events & Bounce 2 It for my event?
A: We are a locally owned, family-operated business proudly serving the Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin areas since 2016. With a wide variety of party rental equipment and a full-service venue, we’re confident we can provide the right services and products to make your event a success!

Q: How far in advance should I book my reservation?
A: The sooner, the better! Our clients typically book their rentals and venue months in advance—especially for weekends, which fill up fast. Booking early gives you the best chance to secure your desired date and access our full range of options.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking. For packages (with or without our venue), a 50% deposit secures your event. This amount goes toward your total balance.
If you’re booking our venue, a cleaning fee will also be added to your balance and is refundable—provided the space is returned in its original condition and vacated on time.
The remaining balance is due three weeks before your event, without exception.
Please note: All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable. This policy applies even in the case of COVID-related changes. However, you may reschedule your event using a credit, which will remain valid for up to one year from your original event date.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We’re open Monday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Q: Do you host teen parties?
A: We do not host teen parties unless TOP SECURITY is provided. We currently specialize in children’s parties for ages 1 to 10 years old.
