Q. Why should I choose Elane Luxurious Events & Bounce 2 It for my event?
A. We are locally owned, family operated that has been serving Chicagoland, Indiana and Wisconsin areas since 2016. With over different styles and types of party rental equipment and a facility to host any type of event we know that we can provide the right service and product for your event !!!
Q.How far in advance should I book my reservation?
A. The sooner the better . Clients usually reserve our party rental equipment or venue months in advance . We don’t want you to miss out on your date . The weekends are our most popular days and book up very quickly. So the earlier the better you book , the more choices you have .
Q. Do you require a deposit ?
A. Yes . A deposit is required at the time of booking . If its a package with or without our venue, deposit is half down to secure your event . The deposit goes towards your balance . If it’s the location space that you are renting , a cleaning fee will be applied to your balance. It will be returned to you if the space is in the same condition it was in before your event and you are our at your end time. The remainder of the balance is to be paid three weeks before your event , no exceptions . Any payments made towards your balance including the initial deposit is non - refundable ( even with the COVID changes , this rule still applies ). You will be only able to re- schedule your event with a credit and the credit is good for one year from your event date.

A. Our hours of operation is
Monday - Sunday 10am - 11pm
Q. Do you all do teen parties ?
A. We do not do teen parties unless TOP SECURITY is provided . We only do kid parties age group 1 year - 10year .
